Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF files), all sales are final. Once a purchase is made and the digital product is delivered to you (either via instant download or email), it cannot be “returned.”
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products sold on our Site, except as required by applicable law.
Exceptions
We value our customers and want you to be satisfied. We may consider a refund request under the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same identical product more than once.
- Incorrect File: The digital file you received is proven to be the wrong file and does not match the product description.
- Corrupted File: The file you downloaded is corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide you with a working replacement copy.
